April

How to build a Network of Endless Referrals. As a Bob Burg consultant, I have been trained  to teach Bob’s ER Program.  Not only will you learn Bob’s techniques for building a vast network of referrals, you will implement them, and report back to the group your findings on the last call of the month.

May

This is Marketing Bootcamp month.  If you aren’t having fun marketing, you aren’t doing it right. Do you hear me soldier? I can’t heeaarrr you!  I will teach you to market the Ordinary to achieve EXTRAordinary Results.  We will march through promotions, advertising, Public Relations, Community Service, and more.

June

The Ins & Outs of Social Media. You don’t have to spend hours a day to stay connected to your customers, but you do have to stay connected.  I will show you how easy and fast it is to stay connected: Blogging, Email Marketing,  Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube.  I might even tell you about Hootsuite.

July

Brainstorming for Business: This is a full-on class participation month.  The more you give, the more you get.  Wouldn’t it be great to hear everyone’s ideas on a particular issue you are having.  All of us have an issue we would like to resolve, and what better way than to get several ideas from others on how you might proceed.  One person’s issue is another person’s next $$$ idea.  You should come away from July reenergized about your business, and with tons of ideas.  The energy generated this month will keep you going the rest of the year. This is my favorite month.

August

Abundance. We have all heard of the “Secret”, but there is more to it that just “thinking” about it.  Start living the life of abundance.  Do you need more time, friends, love, money etc…You really can have everything you want in life. By changing the way you think you can change your life.  How many streams of income do you have?

September

What does your “Brand” say about you and your business?  Brand expert, John Morgan told me, “Your biggest Asset is your brand.  You want better clients, build a better Brand.”  We will look at everyone’s brand this month, and look for improvements.

October

Are you an “Expert” in your field? You will be by the end of the month.  We will work on leveraging your knowledge into more referrals, clients, and $$$. I will show you what it takes to be seen as an expert. If you were sick would  you rather see The Dr. who “heard” about a cure or the Dr. who knows about and wrote about the cure? Be the Expert!

November

Work Hard/Play Hard - Does your business give you the “freedom” in life  you thought it would or is it tied to you like an anchor?  You will learn skill for balance as we head into the holidays.  Are you working the month of December or are you enjoying family and friends or maybe vacationing?

December

Don’t Quit Now you can still put in 4 hours this month because it’s good for your business, and Winners NEVER Quit, and Quitters NEVER Win!  We are looking forward into 2012 this month, and will be Goal Setting for Success.  By the end of the month every member of this group will have fully formed written goals for 2012, both personal and business. Each goal will have an action plan on how you are going to achieve it.

I Don’t Have The Time. Oh YES you do!  You have 525,600 minutes in 2012. We will be talking Time Management this month.  I am going to show you where to find an extra 360 minutes each week to work on your goals.
